Even though I am a few years in, I normally know what I need to start the school year with. However, sometimes it helps to have a classroom supplies list that I can always access just in case I forget.
Unusual Classroom Supplies
Since I teach all levels of math and computer science, my classroom needs several things to function.
For math, I need the usual stuff like rulers, compasses, protractors and for computer science, robots are a necessity.
But, there are a few things on here that are somewhat unusual. The specific paper plates and pipe cleaners that I have listed are used for making interactive unit circles. The second thing you might find that is unique is the solo cups that fit over Sphero robots. I love using them for different activities like payload problems and games.
